No. 9905 of 2016, is dismissed. We have perused the order of the learned single Judge also to re-verify if any serious infirmity has crept into the order, we find nothing. The second wife was married during the life time of the first wife, therefore, the second marriage being void ab initio, the second wife cannot be entitled for family pension
