The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Meenapur P.S. Case No.256 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of illicit liquor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that 94.32 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from the poultry farm of the petitioner. Therefore, he does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is
