In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.T. No. 526 of 2013 arising from Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner, who is the husband, had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 44058 of 2013. The Court has called for the case diary.
Paragraphs 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the case diary show that the victim died on consuming poison. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 4th June 2013.

No.30103 of 2014 (3) dt.24-12-2014 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-III, Madhubani in connection with S.T. No. 526 of 2013 arising from Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below.
