Case No. 304/13 (S.Tr. No.1184/13) for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he was seen at the place of occurrence where the deceased Ganesh Prasad was murdered and the informant on hearing hulla found the petitioner with knife in his hand. The informant tried to catch the petitioner but the petitioner ran away from the place of occurrence. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner for having used knife and killing the said Ganesh Prasad, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It
