JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within one year of her marriage. There is accusation of illegal demand as well as torturing.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that other accused have already been acquitted of the charges after full fledged trial in Sessions Trial No. 326 of 2014. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 269 of 2015 arising out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57229 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 Bahera P.S. Case No. 97 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Benipur, Darbhanga stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
