Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall file an objection petition under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act').

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same under Section 10 of the Act.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6122 of 2021(2) dt.24-12-2021 2/2 Prayer is accepted.

In case the petitioner files an objection petition under Section 9 of the Act, within three weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority within four weeks thereafter, in the ambit of Section 10 of the Act. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
