The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2019 registered under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Kumar Sah. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14841 of 2020(4) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
