JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 24-12-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding payment of compensation for the seized tractor with trailor and the concerned authority is directed to dispose off the same, within a specified time frame.
Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation within a period of three weeks from today before
Patna High Court CWJC No.7520 of 2021(2) dt.24-12-2021 2/2 the concerned authorities, who shall dispose off the same within a period of four weeks, thereafter by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
