2. The present application has been preferred to restore
Patna High Court MJC No.544 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 4618 of 2024 (Jamaluddin Alias Jalal alias Jamal & Ors. v. The State of Bihar & Ors.) to its original file, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 25.06.2024 passed by this Court.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, the MJC No. 544 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
4. Accordingly, the C.W.J.C. No. 4618 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
