2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for non-compliance of the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in C.W.J.C.
Patna High Court MJC No.551 of 2026(4) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 No.9727 of 2016 by the Hon'ble Court whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble Court was pleased to give a direction that "The Corporation" shall check and if bonafide receipts have been issued and they are continuing till date, till they are relocated, shall not be disturbed."
3. Learned counsel representing the Municipal Corporation, Sasaram with the help of the Annexure 4/C to the show cause submit that Memo No. 2312 dated 19.06.2026 has been passed by the Municipal Commissioner allowing the parties to put up their respective (Gumti) in the campus of the old bus stand and so far as the claim regarding the earlier site is concerned, it touches the Judges Colony boundary which is not an appropriate place on security point of view.
4. Granting liberty to the petitioners if they so want to agitate the matter, the MJC No. 551 of 2026 is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) munindra/- U
