2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"for initiating the proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for their willfully and deliberately disobedience of the order

Patna High Court MJC No.640 of 2026(5) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 dated 03.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C.

No. 19080 of 2019 by the Hon'ble Court."

3. A supplementary show cause of Deputy Development Commissioner-Cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Saran at Chapra is on record and the petitioner has been allotted a shop with a direction to execute agreement. Though learned counsel for the petitioner has some reservation as the place has been changed, in the opinion of the Court, these are the things which can be agitated before the Court by filing a different petition.

4. This Court is convinced that order stands complied. The petitioner still has any grievance have always the liberty to agitate the matter.
