It is alleged that petitioner is the arms manufacturer and supplier.

I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
