JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-12-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no.1 alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant with lathi causing fracture injury when petitioner no.2 assaulted the son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report of the husband of the informant does not suggest any fracture injury on the hand when no injury was caused to the son of the informant, a statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition when there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
