The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault to the informant, his son and wife and snatched gold chain of the informant's wife.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no injury report on the report and the petitioners are the agnates of the informant and case lodged by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45813 of 2014 (02) dt.24-12-2014 2/2 petitioner's side being Hathidah P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 against the informant side is at earlier point of time. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
