Petitioner was apprehended while carrying 8.700 ml illegal wine from Nepal. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 01.08.2016.
Accordingly, petitioner, Bhola Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P. S. Case no.276 of 2016.
