One Aslam Khalika was arrested in drunken condition, who on query, disclosed the place of petitioner from where he availed. Police conducted raid at the house of the petitioner and during course thereof, 106 pouches each containing 200 ml was seized from there. During course of aforesaid searchcum-seizure, husband of petitioner managed to escape while petitioner was apprehended and on account thereof, she happens to be under custody since 29.10.2016. Furthermore, from Para-3, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Puranbasiya Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
