JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-12-2014 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor grand daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has alleged that she was kidnapped by Manoj Nonia while the petitioner and others assisted the main accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 10.2.2012 the FIR was registered on 28.2.2012 and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.45661 of 2014 (2) dt.24-12-2014 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
