Petitioner along with Ravi Hari was apprehended by a security guard deputed at Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Hosptial, Bhagalpur. Neither in the written report nor in the seizure list, there happens to be specific disclosure with regard to recovery and identifying an individual from whose possession the firearm was recovered. Moreover, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 05.11.2016. As such, petitioner Ankaj Yadav @ Ankaj Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
