The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner along with co-accused namely Raja Kumar has cheated the informant by taking Rs. 1, 70,000/- for providing a job to him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no documentary

It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 30,000/- in the court below, which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.
On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- in the court below, which shall be subject to final disposal of the case and on doing so, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kiran Chaturvedi, learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 289 of 2016.
