Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1102 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner has taken active part in the alleged crime, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to
