The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.192 of 2018 registered under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The grandmother of the victim alleged that the victim was married with Ajeet Kumar but the petitioner enticed her and fled away the victim with ornaments and other articles. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that her parents forcibly married her with a man of 50 years and that is why she left the house and solemnised marriage with the petitioner. She is happily leading conjugal life

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.192 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
