2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the pagination in the course of the day.
3.The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 681 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 354 and 504
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33341 of 2024(4) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
4. As per the prosecution case, altogether fifteen persons are said to have assaulted the victim on 04.09.2023. The victim died on 13.09.2023 in a hospital in Patna in course of treatment.
5. The petitioners have participated in assaulting the deceased.
6. Considering the fact that the petitioners have participated in assaulting the deceased, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
