Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the selection of Institute of Human Development, Welfare and Care, Afaur Khaira, Saran, an N.G.O. providing computer training to children of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes under the Navachari Activities Scheme run by the Bihar Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad was done flouting government

Patna High Court CWJC No.24047 of 2013 (2) dt.24-12-2013 instructions and procedures which has been confirmed in the report of the District Education Officer, Saran dated 2.2.2013 addressed to the State Project Coordinator, Bihar Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad. Thereafter orders have been issued on 1.3.2013 to the District Education Officer by the State Project Coordinator for lodging an F.I.R./departmental proceedings against the concerned, but there has been no progress. Once the authorities are themselves seized with the matter and have held enquiry as was submitted before us from documentary evidence annexed to the writ petition, the application is disposed with directions to the Director, Bihar Education Project Council, Patna to take the enquiry and its reports to its logical conclusion in accordance with law preferably within a maximum period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The application is disposed.
