The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S.Case No. 441 of 2016 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 376, 511, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner in the First Information Report that he along with others forcibly entered into the house of the informant and when she protested, the accused persons brutally assaulted her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
