2. The present petition has been preferred:
for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnor/opposite parties for knowingly and deliberately violated the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in
Patna High Court MJC No.1134 of 2026(4) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 CWJC No.9600 of 2025."
3. Show cause has been come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 to 6 and after recording that the said land already stands transferred for Engineering College, a request has been made to the petitioner to take the offered land which is under the same Khata No. 193 inasmuch as he has been requested only to move from Khesara No. 2285 to Khesara No. 2283 and three acres of the said land has been allotted.
4. The petitioner has grievance and if he is not inclined to accept the said offer, the liberty is always there to challenge it by filing an appropriate petition.
5. Granting liberty, MJC No. 1134 of 2026 is disposed of.
