The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajauli P.S. Case No.214 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
