The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadirganj P.S.Case No.76 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner along with others being variously armed assaulted the husband of the informant as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61155 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 is rejected.
