Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.03 of 2018 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case.
It is submitted that petitioner no.1 (husband) is ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and in support thereof he has filed his third supplementary affidavit stating the amount credited in the account of his wife. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

No.30342 of 2019(9) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 of the case as well as the statements made in the third supplementary affidavit, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No.03 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
