It appears from the record that when the matter was taken up on 19.06.2026, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner, however, it was recorded that the learned counsel for the State by referring to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 submits that the order under contempt dated 26.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17861 of 2011, has already been complied with by the opposite parties
Patna High Court MJC No.1731 of 2019(6) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 inasmuch as that the petitioner has already been appointed vide order dated 03.08.2021. The matter was directed to be listed on 03.07.2026, in the interest of justice.
3. Today when the matter has been taken up, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the present case. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
