Heard the parties.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Both the petitioners allegedly caused injury at the head of two persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case. Petitioners' side have also sustained injury.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31018 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 Since the petitioners had knowledge that their act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020.
Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
However, in the event of surrender of the petitioners, their prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
