24.12.2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pranav Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State. The present application seeks restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 9492 of 2014, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 23.06.2014.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the averments made in the application, this Court finds that sufficient ground has been shown for non appearance of the learned Advocate on 23.06.2014 due to which the case was dismissed. Accordingly, the application stands allowed. Cr. Misc. No. 9492 of 2014, stands restored to its original file and number.
