Petitioner is an accused in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12407 of 2020. It is further submitted that fresh ground in connection with the present case is that final form has already been submitted, as contained in Annexure- 3. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.10.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
