JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State placing on record the fact that the petitioners' claim for salary from May, 2018 to July 2018 has already been allowed and positive direction in this regard has been issued for his payment. Petitioner's counsel submits that there is no decision on record regarding the arrears claimed by him with effect from the date of constitution of VSS in question. Annexure 2 shows that the date of constitution of VSS is 5.6.2017. However, the petitioner has made a prayer for arrears of salary from April 2017, i.e., prior to the constitution of VSS. Apparently, petitioner himself is not sure of admissibility of his arrears. In view of the aforesaid

The petitioner would be at liberty to make a detailed representation for his admissible arrears before the Block Education Officer, Thuma, Runnisaidpur, Sitamarhi, respondent no.6. In the event, such application is filed respondent no.6 shall ensure payment of admissible dues to the petitioner on account of arrears, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with petitioner's detailed representation making out his claim.
