Petitioner is an accused in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17198 of 2020. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 1,31,300/- (One lakh thirty one thousand and three hundred) in the Court below through demand draft in compliance of the order dated 16.12.2020 bearing Demand Draft No. 276967 dated 18.12.2020 in favour of Mamta Kumari (informant) as contained in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33228 of 2020(3) dt.23-12-2020 2/2 Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of ACJM-VII Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the above demand draft to the concerned court below and the concerned court below is directed to handover the same to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
