2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of the MJC No. 3509 of 2018 to its original file which was dismissed for non-compliance of pre-emptory order dated 06.07.2023 passed by this Court in MJC No. 3509 of 2019.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph no. 8 of the petition, the MJC No. 1429 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the MJC No. 3509 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
