Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302/34 I.P.C. was added.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2017 and allegation is that he caused injury at the head of the son of the informant as a result whereof he died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail was refused on 20.02.2018 with direction to the learned Trial Judge to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of one and half year. However, the trial has not

Considering the facts aforesaid especially period already undergone by the petitioner as under-trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fatehpur Police Station Case No.324 of 2016 (S.Tr. No.48 of 2018)with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
