2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has also been initiated against the petitioners on 22.05.2026 and therefore the present anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, in view of the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lavesh v/s State (NCT of Delhi), reported in (2012) 8 SCC 730, State of M.P. v/s Pradeep Sharma, reported in (2014) 2 SCC 17 and Prem
