2. It appears that all admissible retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Leave Encashment, Group Insurance and G.P.F. have been paid to him after one year of the sanction having been granted and, thus, interest should be awarded.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner retired

Patna High Court CWJC No.8309 of 2016 (4) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 on 30.04.2015 and within one year, payments have been made, the Court is not persuaded to grant any interest.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
