2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
Patna High Court MJC No.2210 of 2019(9) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 for initiating a rule of contempt against the Opposite party no.1 (respondent No. 1 of the writ petition) for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the Order / Judgment dated 28.11.2017 of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19385 of 2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shivaji Pandey and after such initiation punish the opposite party No. 1.
3. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner though State is present.
4. The show cause of opposite party nos. 1 to 3 is on record which contains the order passed by the Collector dated 19.07.2024 rejecting the claim.
5. Granting the liberty to agitate the matter, the MJC No. 2210 of 2019 is disposed of.
