2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2026, for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the second marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized five years ago with the son of the petitioner herein. It is alleged that after the marriage, a quarrel had occurred between the daughter and her husband, which was pacified by the informant. It is further alleged that on 01.03.2026, the informant visited the Sasural of her daughter then she came to know that petitioner and other co-

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2026 and has falsely been implicated in this case because he happens to be the fatherin-law of the deceased.

5. The learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submits that as per the case diary, the deceased has consumed poison and later on the dead body of the victim was cremated without informing her parents.

Having heard the parties, I am of the considered view that the charge-sheet has been filed and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he merely happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2026, subject to the following conditions:

(I) One of the bailors shall be the petitioner's own or

(II) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed during the trial and also co-operate in the process of trial. (III) The petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence/intimidate any witness during the course of trial.

(IV) The Petitioner shall not commit offence of a similar nature in future.

7. In case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the regular bail application stands allowed.
