The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 93 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47 (a) of the Excise Act.
Allegedly, 13.500 liter Nepali liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and he is suffering in custody since 26.06.2016.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Excise Case No. 93 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the
