2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22320 of 2026 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
3. On the grounds mentioned in paragraph-5 of the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No.269 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria.
4. The order dated 16.04.2026 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
