2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1328 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the IPC.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. Vide order dated 10.11.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has become successful. The terms and conditions of the compromise entered into between the parties has been annexed with the mediation report dated 03.12.2025.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband and the wife are living happy conjugal life.
7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M./Concerned Court, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 1328 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
