2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 25/2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 272/273/420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal code.

4. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that there there is recovery of 94.500 litres of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. From perusal of the paragraph 18 of the case diary, it appears that petitioner has suppressed the fact that he has one criminal antecedent i.e. Hathauri P.S. Case No. 246/2021 whereas he has mentioned in the petitioner that he has clean antecedent.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that he has suppressed his antecedent as petitioner has not come with clean hands, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
