JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under section 147, 148, 149 and 307 of Indian Penal Code and under Arms Act.

Petitioner is alleged to have opend fire alongwith three more persons on the informant.

The petitioners submit that he has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute, there is case and counter case and no one sustained injury.

Having regard to the fact that there is case and counter case and no one sustained injury, in case of surrender, let all the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount
