The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-3054 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 354, 380 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with others entered in the house of the complainant with arms and committing loot of house hold articles and setting the Indira Awas on fire. Thereafter, they also tried to outrage her modesty.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by in-laws' family members due to land dispute. Earlier

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55482 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 the complainant has also filed a case for the offence under section 498A of the I.P.C. against her in-laws due to purchase of land in question.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. C-3054 of 2015 Tr. No. 1997 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
