2. The present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 17.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8527 of 2026, whereby and whereunder His Lordship was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the above-named petitioner and further extend/enlarge the timeperiod for furnishing bail bonds for being enlarged on bail before the learned trial court.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the petition, the Cr. Misc. No. 47792 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
