2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.14827 of 2024 (Vinod Kumar Yadav & Others Vs. The State of Bihar & Others) in its original file which has been dismissed for default vide order dated 06.12.2024 passed by this Court due to non removal of defects as vide order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.1638 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 07.10.2024 the petitioner was granted three weeks time to remove the defects as pointed out by the Registry.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, the MJC No. 1638 of 2026 is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the C.W.J.C. No.14827 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
