2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mushari (Mushahari) P.S.Case No.142/2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. Considering the nature of allegation, as well as, the manner in which the deceased was put to death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
4. Accordingly, the present bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed.
