The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2171C of 2017 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, the compromise petition as contained in Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.

No.4481 of 2021(5) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 2171C of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
